12:00pm – 05:00pm - Practice in the stadium open for all DPO competitors. Sign up practice time required for the trial competitors. The sign up sheet is available at the host hotel.
07:00pm - Camaraderie evening for all Competitors at the Host Hotel
Thursday 10/19
08:00am – 12:00pm - Host room open for all competitors
07:30am - 03:00pm - Practice in the stadium open for all IPO and OB competitors. Sign up practice time required for the trial competitors. The sign up sheet will be available at the host hotel.
03:00pm - IPO 3 Obedience exhibition
03:30pm - Pre-selected helper instructions by the protection Judges of IPO, DPO and Mondio Ring.
07:30pm - Drawing for the Schutzhund Trial Competitors at the Barn of Poor House Farm Park
Friday 10/20
06:45am - Departure time for tracking for the IPO Competitors. Meeting place is the parking lot of the host hotel
10:00am – 12:00pm - BH part 1 competition in the Stadium
01:00pm – 03:00pm - BH part 2 competition in the Stadium
06:00pm - AWMA Executive Board Meeting at the Host Hotel
07:00pm - AWMA General Board Meeting at the Host Hotel
Saturday 10/21
07:30am – 12:30pm - Beginning of the DPO and IPO competition Obedience and Protection in the Stadium for draw numbers 1 - 11
12:30pm – 01:00pm - Lunch Break
01:00pm – 04:30pm - Continuing of the IPO competition Obedience and Protection in the Stadium for draw numbers 12 - 23
07:30pm - Judges Dinner at Kobe Japanese Steak House and Bar
Sunday 10/22
09:00am – 01:30pm - Continuing of the IPO competition Obedience and Protection in the Stadium for draw numbers 24 – 35
01:30pm – 02:00pm - Lunch Break
02:30pm - Final Ceremony
